Copilot access
Copilot is enabled separately for a workspace. It is not automatically available in every new account. Contact us to confirm access, supported actions, and the rollout for your team.
Portals, domains, and voice
Branded portals have their own access and configuration requirements. Custom domains require verification. Voice channels require provider setup and have separate usage. We will confirm these for your rollout rather than assume every configuration is included.
What happens when the trial ends?
A workspace on the Free plan receives Pro-level access during its active trial. It returns to Free when the trial expires unless you upgrade. No paid subscription starts without choosing a paid plan.

No. Work profiles adapt the vocabulary, request types, tracking, and AI guidance for MSP/IT, creative, internal services, product development, finance/procurement, and custom workflows.
Can we try it without a credit card?
Yes. New workspaces start with a 30-day Pro trial. When it ends, the workspace returns to Free unless you choose a paid plan. You can also try the sample intake playground without an account.
What happens before AI takes an action?
Copilot proposes changes for review and confirmation, then checks permissions again. Separately configured ticket automations and automatic responses follow your workspace rules and thresholds.
How do we get Copilot?
Copilot requires workspace activation and the appropriate permissions. Contact us to discuss access. It is not automatically enabled for every new workspace.
Can we keep using email?
Yes. Configured email channels and branded portals can feed the same workspace. Your team keeps the conversation, owner, files, and status with the request.
Are the demos real?
The films and screenshots show Assist Engine in isolated demo workspaces with fictional records. Some sequences are shortened. The playground is a browser-only example and does not submit a request.
